Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases made on this website, operated by Valor Extrait, 2F St. Peringrine Bldg., Estacion, Morong, Rizal, Philippines. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders

An order is a request to purchase. It is accepted once we confirm it and, for prepaid methods, verify your payment. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or payment cannot be verified — any payment received will be refunded in full.

2. Prices & payment

All prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and include applicable taxes. Shipping fees are shown at checkout. Prepaid orders not paid within 24 hours may be cancelled.

3. Limited batches

Our fragrances are produced in limited batches. Stock shown on the site is updated in real time but cannot be guaranteed until the order is confirmed.

4. Promotions

Promo codes are limited to one per order, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Complimentary samples are subject to availability.

6. Product information

We describe our fragrances as accurately as possible. Scent perception varies between individuals; please patch-test if you have sensitive skin and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

7. Intellectual property

The Valor name, crest, fragrance names, photography and content on this site belong to Valor Extrait and may not be reused without permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
