Delivery Information
Every order is prepared by hand in our Morong, Rizal studio and dispatched within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed (Cash on Delivery orders are dispatched once confirmed by our team). You'll find your courier and tracking number on your order page as soon as it ships.

Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over ₱5,000 (after discounts). Same-day delivery is charged at the standard rate.
Good to know
- Delivery times are estimates in business days and may be longer during holidays, sale events or severe weather.
- Please make sure someone can receive the parcel; couriers may ask for a valid ID.
- Perfume is shipped bubble-wrapped and boxed. If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours.
- Studio pick-up is by appointment only — we'll message you to arrange a time.
