Returns Policy

We want you to love your Valor fragrance. Because perfume is a personal-care product, we can only accept returns that meet the conditions below.

Unopened items

Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number to arrange the return. Return shipping is shouldered by the customer unless the item was sent in error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, please message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Items we can't accept

• Opened or used bottles (unless faulty)
• Complimentary samples and gift wrapping
• Items marked as final sale or limited releases, unless damaged

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (GCash, Maya or bank account) within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
